The collaboration, first unveiled by Bloomberg in May, will enable xAI to process news articles and historical data, providing tailored insights and context for Kalshi users betting on real-world events, including central bank decisions, political races, and global affairs.
xAI’s models, which incorporate training data from Musk’s social platform X, will deliver real-time context reflecting both current sentiment and long-term trends.
Both companies are committing “significant engineering resources” to develop and support the partnership, according to the earlier report.
Earlier this month, xAI unveiled Grok 4, the team’s latest AI model. Elon Musk predicted its potential to invent new technologies by 2026 and explore new physics by next year.
Elsewhere, X, the social media platform owned and operated by Musk, has selected Polymarket, a major competitor of Kalshi, as its official prediction market partner.
