Popular NFT collection Doodles have teased a collaboration with the Twix chocolate bar, with the confectionary brand shown to be following Doodles on TikTok.
Shared to X on July 7, many in the community expressed their excitement and desire to learn further information – though Doodles have kept quiet on the matter since sharing the post.
Should a collaboration announcement be imminent, Twix would become the latest of many household names that have worked with the Doodles brand – including the likes of Adidas, Crocs, McDonalds and many more.
Doodles is a 10,000-piece NFT collection that debuted on Ethereum in October 2021.
Releasing towards the height of the NFT boom, Doodles has become one of the most notorious NFT collections in the world. In June 2022, Pharrell Williams became their Chief Brand Officer, whilst January 2023 saw Doodles acquire award-winning animation studio Golden Wolf, with their industry-leading talent helping to push Doodles further.
Many household names have collaboration with Doodles, including Crocs, Casio G-SHOCK, Adidas, AriZona and many, many more. 2024 saw Doodles expand further with the launch of Doodles Records, the release of the animated film Dullsville and the Doodleverse, and a partnership with McDonalds which saw branded McCafe cups arrive for the holiday season.
2025 began with founder Burnt Toast becoming Doodles CEO in January 2025. This was followed by the reveal of DreamNet in March 2025, and the uch-anticipated launch of the $DOOD token in May 2025. Since December 2024, the Doodles floor price has dived from 4 ETH to below 1 ETH, with the $DOOD token falling from a $65 million USD market cap on debut to just $20 million USD.
As of writing, no further information has been shared by either the Doodles or Twix teams – so night now, the only evidence of an incoming collaboration is that Twix are following Doodles on TikTok.
That might seem inconsequential, but Twix only follows two accounts – Doodles and Snickers – and teasers such as these are commonly seen before a collaboration is announced. In a dash of irony, Doodles only follow 10 accounts on TikTok, and as of writing, Twix is not one of them – though that may change in future!
High-profile brands that have partnered with Doodles in the past typically release limited-edition versions of their products – such as a capsule merch collection, branded packaging or more. Twix have collaborated with the likes of Adidas, Fruity Pebbles, Krispy Kreme and many others in recent years – though what they could do with Doodles remains to be seen.
