Global crypto platform and web3 company Bitget officially announced its partnership with two-wheeled racing championship MotoGP as the regional partner for selected Grand Prix events across Europe and Southeast Asia in 2025.

Bitget is MotoGP Regional Partner

As per the media release, the partnership kicks off at the Italian Grand Prix at the Mugello Circuit and will span major races in Italy, Germany, Spain, and Indonesia.

Bitget noted that the reason for its partnership with the two-wheeled racing championship is because it aims to connect the fast-paced worlds of motorsport and crypto trading, emphasizing shared values of “performance, resilience, and speed.”

The initiative includes on-site fan activations, behind-the-scenes experiences for media and key opinion leaders, and digital content across multiple platforms.

At the Mugello launch, guests received exclusive access to the paddock and rider meetups in a Bitget-branded environment.

“Racing is a sport of milliseconds; crypto is a market of micro-decisions. This partnership is our way of showing the world that success—on the track or on the charts—comes down to smart moves and fearless execution.”

Gracy Chen, Chief Executive Officer, Bitget.

Chen also expressed excitement to join MotoGP in “putting power, precision, and potential into the hands of every user and every fan.”

Three-time MotoGP World Champion Jorge Lorenzo was then revealed as the face of Bitget’s “#Make It Count” campaign. This embodies the shared values of precision and performance, as per the entities involved.

“I’ve always believed that you win races not just on instinct — but by making every lap, every line, every second count. It’s the same mindset Bitget brings to trading, and I’m proud to be part of this story… The worlds of MotoGP and crypto aren’t as different as they seem — they both reward those who stay sharp and think fast.”

In early 2024, Bitget shared that it continued its growth trajectory, supported by its ongoing partnership with football legend Lionel Messi, which include brand visibility and the rise of its native token, $BGB.

What is MotoGP?

Governed by the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme, it features high-performance, prototype motorcycles built specifically for racing. Unlike regular bikes, MotoGP machines are not available to the public.

Each year, MotoGP runs a global season with races held at major circuits such as Mugello in Italy, Silverstone in the UK, and Phillip Island in Australia. Riders compete for championship points throughout the season, representing top manufacturers like Ducati, Yamaha, Honda, and KTM.
