BSP Won’t Defend ₱60 Target as Philippine Peso Hits Historic Low Past ₱62

The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas ruled out using foreign reserves to hold the peso below ₱60 as the currency fell to a historic low of ₱62.265 against the US dollar.
